It's that time of year when you head to the state fair grounds, eat fried food, listen to great music, ride rides and check out the new cars.

From the glorious and greasy fried foods to the tremendous tunes coming to you live from the Chevrolet Main Stage. Where did the word, "Texas" even come from? You may not actually know this!
