Market Close 3 Nov 22: ASX 200 snaps 3 straight days of gains

The local sharemarket followed in the footsteps of the US overnight, falling 1.8%. This comes after the US central bank flagged the possibility of more rate hikes to come in the months ahead. Losses were broad, with 10 (of 11) sectors declining, alongside 90% of stocks in the ASX 200.
