For two years, I’ve been dealing with this, and let me tell you now, it’s not easy, but I will share this story with you because that’s what we do here. In this episode, I share stories that are close to my heart. It’s the story about my birthing journey up to now when an accident with Alecia happened that triggered my postpartum anxiety big time. Along with these stories are thoughts passing through my mind as a mom with postpartum anxiety. Some of these thoughts scared me, and there was a time when I thought I would be manifesting these thoughts.

Fortunately, I found the right support and consulted professionals. If you’re struggling with postpartum anxiety or any mental illness, I promise you it’s 100% okay to ask for help. I also share in this episode how I came about finding the proper support and what I did to make this manageable.
