Andy hit the road again today for AOD in Damariscotta alongside LincolnHealth President Cindy Wade. Andy and Cindy welcomed the LincolnHealth care team audience to The Herbert & Roberta Watson Health Center, as well as those joining remotely via Teams.

Cindy shared the unique qualities that define LincolnHealth: “We’re a team that takes care of each other, providing great care every day…a small but mighty, very active and innovative team.”  She and Andy discussed the challenges of COVID and the lessons learned, how Operational Excellence has empowered care team members to problem-solve, the benefits of regionalization, and more.
