Recently, I’ve been sharing stories with you about what it’s like to begin traveling to speak again and how I’m working to make it all smoother and safer for myself. But then something unexpected happens, what then? As Mike Tyson so poetically put it, “Everybody’s got a plan, until they get punched in the mouth.” The key is to expect that challenge, that struggle, that “punch in the mouth” and then you’re prepared when something happens. But then something unexpected happens, what then?

As Mike Tyson so poetically put it, “Everybody’s got a plan, until they get punched in the mouth.”

The key is to expect that challenge, that struggle, that “punch in the mouth” and then you’re prepared when something happens.

Think of it this way:

* If you prepare for the worst and it happens, at least you’re prepared

* If you prepare for the worst and it doesn’t happen, you’re golden

* If you expect everything to go right for you to be happy, you’re just asking for life to “punch you in the mouth”

Start enjoying the best, by being prepped for the worst...
