Mid-Session 10 September 19: Gains for big banks & miners unable to lift ASX

The Australian sharemarket is losing ground at lunch on Tuesday despite improvements from the major banks & miners. Losses across the majority of sectors is weighing on the ASX 200, which is down roughly 0.5%. Tech & healthcare names are among the major laggards.
