So Excited to announce my first Podcast Interview with Gretchen AKA G-Rex from the Popular Podcast: Sh!t that Goes on in Our Heads. G-Rex and I discuss Pride Month and our youth of today. We both acknowledge that more needs to be done for our youth when it comes to Sexual Orientation, Pronouns etc and how hard it is to be a kid today. G-Rex also shares her story and how her Podcast has become a source of expertise and inspiration for many when dealing with Mental Health.
