Moving Through New Seasons with Kara Ayala

Today I am joined by my wife, Kara Ayala. We talked about different seasons we go through in life, having to adapt and overcome the obstacles we encounter. Life doesn’t get easier, we get better, and by adjusting our mindset with that in the back of our heads, we can change the way we view our hard times. Change isn’t comfortable, but being uncomfortable is how we evolve and grow.
