13 is the number of the goddess, so I honour and dedicate this episode to the Goddess, the inner goddess and the outer goddess, the beauty that is moving through the cycle of 13.

The 13 moons, the 13 monthly cycles of a menstruating woman and the ways in which we can honour our selves as women and the feminine within. Allowing the magic and the potency, the feminine flow and intuition to continue to guide and lead us into the way of the heart.
