35. Dealing with Life’s Disappointments (John 18:1-27)

This is a pretty powerful passage.

 

There's an awful lot happening in a very condensed period of time. The hours are short before Jesus' death. He is about to give up everything for you and for me. He's going to pay the ultimate price for our sin that we can be reconciled to God. But before that happens, there are some final catastrophic disappointments that Jesus is going to face in his final hours.
