Now I have come to notice that many avoid seeking spiritual help or following any direction to rid themselves from blockages for fear of interfering with the natural process of things so I did feel the need to clear this up. 

To think that getting spiritual help is messing with the way things would turn out is exactly what we would be trying to do but with that being said when was it a bad idea to get any kind of help that might make our lives easier or pull ourselves out of a rut, there is nothing more natural than getting spiritual assistance of any kind .
