That is such a profound statement. Yet, so many of us miss it.

In a world where productivity and to get more, get there faster, slowing down is often dismissed.

And the funny thing is that by slowing down, we can:
👉do less better, meaning more productivity
👉rediscover our true authentic self
👉become healthier
👉find happiness inside of us
👉and so much more

However, we fear slowing down.

Who am I without struggle?
How will I push myself forward if I am not motivated by fear?

These are often the subconscious questions we face.
