Renewal and Rest

2 Corinthians 4:16 - ESV: So we do not lose heart. Though our outer self is wasting away, our inner self is being renewed day by day.

It is necessary for us to spend time with our heavenly Father. It is in those precious moments when we spend quiet time with God that we will discover the work of Holy Spirit in our life.  It is when we rest in his Word that we can be renewed in our spirit and mind.
