Bonchon was created to satisfy a craving. A craving for nostalgia and familiarity. An appetite for the indulgent taste of authentic, flavorful, crunchy Korean fried chicken accompanied by a variety of unique pan-Asian comfort foods. Initially, there were few places in the United States to satisfy this craving.
