#198 Peter Peter, People Pleaser: Are You Giving to Give or Giving in to Guilt?

A troublesome habit of mine, to say the least, is when to say no. What can I say? I'm a friend and I love to give. BUT is there more to it then just genuinity? Is it a battle between guilt and gesture? Being friendly or begging for friendship? Trying to fill a void or avoiding what's really goin on inside? Regardless of the origin, I ask myself the question and take a deep dive into seeing what's up with the notion of People Pleasing.
