Prayer Works Because God Works

In James 5:13–20, James closes his letter by reminding believers that prayer works because God works. Whether in suffering or joy, sickness or sin, we are called to turn to God first, trusting His power and grace. Prayer is not wishful thinking, but humble dependence on a God who is both willing and able to help. As we pray for ourselves and one another, God restores, strengthens, and anchors us in Christ, keeping us steadfast in faith. Pastor Joseph Heng preaches.
