Today, we have the privilege of speaking with Lindzee Roten, a seasoned 911 operator with over 12 years of experience, to gain insight into the challenges, rewards, and intense realities of this vital role. A little about our guest:
Lindzee Roten has been a calltaker, police and fire dispatcher, and teletype operator for the for 12 years. She has a Master Telecommunicator Certification through TCOLE and has an Associate Degree in Criminal Justice. Lindzee is a APCO Certified Training Officer and trains several positions and is an instructor in the Calltake Academy.
