Phenomenal Woman Ep 011 - Shakina Phillip - You Won’t Know If You can Handle It Until You Try Handling It!

A core objective of Phenomenal Woman is to provide guidance and the benefit of hindsight to women coming up behind those who have acheived success and conversely it's great to hear how this transfer of wisdom is helping women starting out on their career. This week I'm in conversation with Shakina Phillip, a 25 year old Restauranteur,  Freelance HR Consultant/Trainer and Executive Assistant to the CEO at one of the top Telecommunications companies in the region. She has trained a diverse team of people across the Caribbean. This includes but may not be limited to Antigua, Anguilla, BVI, Dominica, St Kitts, St Vincent and Montserrat. Her advice "You never know enough, opportunities are lurking behind every corner". Through all things we must stay humble and gracious.Just remember "sew a thought, reap an action, sew an action, reap a habit, sew a habit, reap a character, sew a character, and reap a DESTINY.
