#248 - Sometimes To Lead From The Front, You Have To Lead From The Back

What does it mean to "lead from the front?" After seeing on of my 3 year old nephews display leadership during a recent trip and another kids "spartan" race, I got a lesson that leading from the front mean being first in line.
