Valuing ourselves and life

You know going to life is not always easy and we don't always value ourselves and our thoughts and our actions. And then we don't always buy you that what we have around us including our friends, Partners and other stuff around us. I will talk about what I witnessed when I was working that match us from last week mantra of "I Value Myself" and what came out of that.
