It's time to go on the offensive with our Mental Health. Yes, we are going to battle our thoughts and feelings, but we must be ready. 

We talk about what the world and life throws at us and it is a lot, but let's not forget what God has given us. We have been equipped by God to fight anxiety, stress, and fear! Let's rise up and push back!
