What is your American Dream? For many it feels like your first home but for even more it is the way they want to live their life in every aspect. In today’s time it isn’t that it is less enjoyable to own a home, it’s just that it can be challenging to own a traditional first home and NOT go down the path of working a 9 - 5 to keep up with the overhead. Many bail from their dream because their overhead keeps an uphill battle going forward and doesn’t provide the cover fire to get started.

I want to talk about what your true goal is, if it is to buy a single family home and you like your job then that’s great! Super obtainable. But if your goal is more than that in this episode I talk on ways to live alternatively or change the perception of what your “starter” home looks like to come up with ways to minimize overhead, invest in assets that generate income or give yourself the cover fire to open a business or focus on creative. This is from hearing conversations of friends buying after wanting to talk to myself 6 years ago about something no one told me. What is your dream and what are you doing about it? Do they align with getting it done or is it a short term win that could look like something else to become a catalyst toward your goal?
