The Courage to Start

Is there an idea you have been contemplating but haven't yet started? Hopefully this episode can help you to get started. 

 

Very often we are not scared of starting, rather we are scared of the discomfort that comes with starting - the thoughts/concerns we attach too starting. 

 

We must recognise that resistance is extremely high at the beginning, therefore we need to lower out expectations at the beginning in order to get started. 

 

Let's not fail before starting.
