Part 2: The frustrated detectives hunker down to work what little evidence they have from the bodies of the young women slain by the I-5 strangler.   Working closely with the criminalists who provide the forensic science, more bodies are discovered that exhibit the ‘non-functional cutting” ritual unique to this serial killer.
