A coalition of thinking.....

It's been a while since JB and Ant did the pod thing, and we felt it! You'll be pleased (or horrified) to hear that this is a start of a rather long series. Given Ant and JB will be back on tour a fair bit in the coming months, you'll be hearing a lot more from them!

Today, Ant reveals there's a closer connection to Colleague Engagement and Share price, than the impact of Customer Satisfaction scores. What can leaders do, to stop it.
