Morning Report 13 Nov 19 : US stocks hit and retreat from record highs

S sharemarkets were mixed on Tuesday. The S&P500 and Nasdaq indexes both climbed to record highs during trading. US President Trump said that the US will increase tariffs on China if no trade deal is reached, but later said, "we're close - a significant phase one deal could happen soon" at a speech at the Economic Club of New York.
