1. How would you characterize your faith? Furiously obsessed with Jesus? Drifting? Maybe even a long way from shore?

2. What sorts of things cause you to drift? Suffering? Distractions? Doubts? Other?

3. If you have ever been through a drifting time in your faith, what brought you back to Jesus?

4. What encouragement is there in knowing that God, in the person of Jesus, has experienced the kinds of struggles you experience – both in suffering and temptation?
