Donna Spencer - Presenting Design Work Successfully

Donna is an author, mentor, international speaker and independent consultant, with over 20 years of experience in UX design, information architecture and user research. She founded UX Australia and ran the event (which continues today) for 9 years. Donna has been described as “the Joker - the card that can slot in for any other card in the deck, and is therefore incredibly valuable.” She’s in her element, solving complex problems.
