Dan is the founding pastor of The Village Church in Baltimore, and the founder of the the Ethnos Conference, leading the church in conversations about multicultural mission and reconciliation. He serves with the SEND Network in developing urban church planters and is a requested speaker on issues of ministry, mission, justice, & leadership. But his journey of speaking about racial healing, starts with his own story of racial hurting.
