Lilian Chen is the Founder of Proptimal, a platform that makes institutional-quality financial analysis accessible to every real estate company. She began her career as a commercial real estate analyst and launched a fractional analyst agency in 2020, realizing how incredibly difficult it was to scale analyst work. Analysts are expensive, hard to train, and often out of reach for smaller teams - leaving many firms flying blind on the most important part of the deal. Through Proptimal, she now sharing her industry knowledge, operational resources, and proprietary technology to level the playing field for all.
