Jack Stauber's most recent short creation, 2020's Opal, is a wild mishmash of visual elements, a sort of motion picture collage incorporating a variety of techniques, with claymation at its center. It also happens to be one of the more bleak, depressing shorts we're discussing this month, which is really saying something!
