Axal Foley is still roaming the streets of detroit in his twlight years, not moving on. When a phone call from Billy informs him that his estranged daughter is in trouble, Axal retruns to Beverly Hills. With Billy now missing, Axal must fix his relanionship with daughter Jane and solve a case invoving drug cartels and slimly Kevin Bacon.
