He investigative reports have been published in Fortune, Slate, the New York Times and other media outlets.  He is the author of “The Meat Racket: The Secret Takeover of America’s Food Business” which follows the history of a few companies taking control of America’s entire meat industry and profiting off it at the expensive of farmers and consumers.
