Nikki Lucas, District 42

Nikki Lucas is a candidate for District 42 of the New York City Council which includes East New York, New Lots, Remsen Village, Spring Creek, Starrett City. We talked about her 21st Century Rescue Plan for East Brooklyn, the Bangladeshi community, and her music store being raided by the FCC.
