Overcoming Blindspots

When I was growing up, I found a lot of disparaging and frustrating information. The psychological and self-help educational material was clearly geared towards men, while it didn’t state it was excluding women, it did make it quite obvious there were differences between the two and perhaps women could only reach a certain level. The light can shine both ways, here's some blind spots the self-help industry could benefit from changing to help it truly evolve.
