US Close 15 Nov 16: Record high for the Dow while tech stocks still sell off

 US blue-chip shares eased from highs set in early trade but technology stocks were weaker as investors moved funds into financials, healthcare and industrials. Shares in Harman International rose by 25% after Samsung Electronics announced an $8 billion deal to buy the company
