What happens when we fail at living freely - when we do the wrong thing or we find ourselves wrestling with patterns of fear or anxiety? In this episode, I share a moment from a few months ago, when the thought "If I were really free" hung heavy for me, and what is freeing me from this unhelpful way of thinking.
