James Fitzpatrick | U.S. Gov’t Funding Foreign Prostitution & Sex Workers Through The PEPFAR Program

James Fitzpatrick, Army veteran and the director of the Center to Advance Security in America (CASA), an organization dedicated to improving the safety and security of the American people.

CASA uncovered evidence that the U.S. Government is funding foreign prostitution and sex workers through the PEPFAR program.

That includes over $80M to an organization called LVCT Health, which is based in Kenya.

They fund orgs such as Bar Hostess, which highlights itself as an organization “working in bars and sex workers in Kenya.
