Episode #1 - How has Covid 19 affected the community?

Covid 19 quarantine and social distancing policies have resulted in everyone living in a world where many of us are separated from our friends, family, and many of our usual support systems. This can lead to an increase in anxiety and wellbeing issues.

The key areas of concern in terms of resilience are:

• The Covid 19 Virus

• The 2020 Lockdown period/social distancing

• Health inequalities for BME communities and systemic racism against the Black community

• The recession
