Bio: Charlie Siegel is a bestselling author of fiction/fantasy, inspirational poetry, and the biography of his Daito Ryu Aiki Jujutsu martial arts instructor, Roy Shingen Goldberg Sensei. Designed to uplift and heal, his works tug on the heartstrings and call to us all to rise above the heaviness and the doldrums and find those things that call to us in life, that inspire us and help us to live as our true selves.

His first book “Conversations with an Angel: A story of healing through the passageways of grief” was released in 2017 and his second book, “When You Realize How Perfect Everything Is”, which is co-authored with his grandfather, NY Times Bestselling Author Dr. Bernie Siegel, was released in 2020. His third book, “To Become a Living Art: The life story of Roy Shingen Goldberg Sensei” was released in 2022, with the Revised Edition being released 1 year later in 2023. He is already at work on his next book.

Charlie is also a professional fine art nature, wildlife and landscape photographer, and has featured a few images of his work of the northern lights over Iceland on the cover and some of the final pages within his first book, as well as fully illustrated his second with a variety of his photographs. Charlie has also been training in the martial arts since he was 4 years old and shares through the life story of his teacher how one can find success through passion, heart, grit and determination.
