EU Apple decision doesn’t call into question Ireland’s tax rates – Vestager

The European Parliament has been debating the recent Apple Tax ruling by the EU Competition Commissioner Margrethe Vestager. During her address to the Parliament, Commissioner Vestager defended her ruling that Ireland had allegedly granted Apple illegal tax benefits. She told MEPs the EU Commission would defend its robust decision in court.
