In this episode, I chat with registered psychologist, Ashlee Wells. Ashlee is the founder of Wells Psychology, a qualified perinatal and infant mental health clinician, circle of security parenting facilitator and mother to two young toddlers.
She works in a women’s health clinic and has a passion for supporting women with the unique set of mental health challenges they may face.
Ashlee and I talk about perinatal mental health and why it is so important. We talk about how anxiety increases for new parents, and how to deal with it. We chat parental burnout, why self-care is so important and how to create time for ourselves during early parenthood.
You can find out more about Ashlee on her website and her Instagram.
