It's over for Pat Riley. Time to retire. Happy 80th Birthday, but it's time to go. Riley needs to call it quits at the end of this season as his ego has continued to get in the way of progress of this franchise. Making arguably the worst trade in franchise history when he traded Jimmy Butler a couple of months ago, the Heat is 4-16 since then and has lost 15 plus double digit lead games. It's over.
