That you actually have a choice on what thoughts you let settle in and how you feel as you move through motherhood and that every thought and feeling is meant to be explored, unpacked and learned from, not pushed out that you don't have to mask how you are feeling, hiding these pieces of you in fear of what others will think of you for thinking these thoughts.
