We had great fun with our Restaurant of the Week! Meet Will Kellogg who has been at The Iowa Beef Steakhouse for twenty-five years and for the past several years has been the owner. We talk about the early years as a dishwasher the dramatic changes in the menu (NOT!) and the fact they do one thing really, really well...present great steaks and open 7 days a week! Oh, and his favorite cut of beef? It's a fun interview and you can listen in!
