Networking for Success

Host Dave McGlynn discusses various aspects of networking and leadership in the fire service. On this episode, Dave speaks with Scott Little, fire chief for the Lancaster City (PA) Bureau of Fire. Scott is also a certified chief fire officer (CFO) and chief training officer (CTO), has served in the United States Marine Corps, and is currently a master sergeant in the United States Air National Guard. Chief Little and Dave will be discussing loyalty, networking, success, and some of the issues that face our fire service today.
