As the new year brings around a focus on a better version of ourselves, I decided to put together an episode with a little more of a health and wellness focus. So I’ll be recommending a non alcoholic sparkling wine alternative for anyone wanting to lower their units, and then I have put together 10 different healthy dishes, and I've paired them with a selection of wines. I'm also going to explain to you why these combinations work. And at the end of each dish, I'll give you a specific wine that I've tried last year and loved and can highly recommend.
