Anna is trying to hang in there and Sara is full of flow and enjoying her home yoga workouts. She is feeling the benefits! 

 

Relationship Love Desk ..... research is back on the agenda .... this study shows as a relationship develops over time, the honey period doesn't end. Couples that stayed together over time, showed more tenderness, fun and humour towards each other and conflict declined. There is hope for all of us!
