Alex has plenty of experience in building and leading teams of driven, passionate people, and has a particular interest in how leadership in the workplace can make or break a company. Alex studies management and leadership and always has a book usually 2 on the go.

His studies of Google, Microsoft and other large and small companies have enabled him to build a solid platform of which to grow his knowledge and Raw Selection.
