Strengthened by Truth, Partnered in Discipline

In this episode of Coffee with the Superintendent, we wrap up the book of Romans with a powerful final passage—Romans 16:21–27. Paul ends his letter with heartfelt greetings and a glorious doxology, praising the God who strengthens believers through the gospel, reveals His eternal mystery in Christ, and calls all nations to the obedience of faith. We explore the New Covenant reality that salvation is personal and communal and that every believer has a place in God’s ongoing mission.

In The Grind, we celebrate the birthday of Mrs. Douglas, our Admissions Coordinator and proud BBA alumna, who is currently on maternity leave. We also spotlight our Varsity Soccer team, which is traveling to compete at Northwood Temple Academy. We remind families of today’s Parent Teacher Conferences and the upcoming BBA Alumni Dinner on June 5, 2025.

In The Add-Ins, we unpack Statement #5 of the BBA Parent Covenant, emphasizing the importance of parents checking behavioral reports nightly and partnering with faculty to help students grow in discipline and spiritual maturity. With guidance from Deuteronomy, Proverbs, Hebrews, and more, we highlight how discipline is an act of love and why accountability is central to Christian growth.
